Orders for delivery are to be placed online only. We can no longer take orders over the phone for deliveries

Your Account Security

  • Wam Sandwich Co. cannot be held responsible for any loss / damage or information which may arise as a result of failure by you to protect your account security. Please do not divulge your password to anyone and keep account details confidential at all times.

 

Purchasing from Us

  • By submitting your order, you are offering to buy our goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying products / services. We do not sell your details or pass them onto anyone else in any circumstance, under the Data Protection Act 1998. We are not obliged to supply goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance of your order. At this point a contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full. If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact us immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order. By ordering from us you agree to opt in to our marketing mailing lists, which you can opt out of anytime.

 

Online Prices

  • We always ensure that the best possible prices are available online at this website. We do this through applying promotional pricing to our own website which may differ from our printed menus which may be outdated. It is likely that you will pay more by ordering from other websites as they will be using our standardprices and cannot take advantage of the promotional pricing you will enjoy here

 

Refund Policy

  • Any refunds are at the sole discretion of the manager on duty. Refunds will not be given for mistakes on your part when ordering or if you choose to change your mind. If you believe you are entitled to a refund please contact the shop on 0161 773 2593 and make a complaint, this is applicable for both cash and card orders. Making a complaint does not guarantee a refund. We may offer alternatives to monetary refunds, for example, substitutes on goods. By ordering online, you accept this could be the case and agree to any fair substitute.

 

For Out of Stock Items

  • We will advise you should any food be out of stock and give you a call. At this point you can cancel your order if you wish.

 

Refusal of Transaction

  • We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

 

Meal Prep

  • Meal Prep orders must be in by Sunday 8pm latest and deliveries will be made every Monday & Wednesday. As our products are perishable, if the customer is not available at the time of delivery, please ensure that someone is available to receive the goods.

  •  WAM Sandwich co. aim to deliver meal prep Monday & Wednesdays; we provide clients with fresh meals over two deliveries per week. Factors out of our control such as weather, traffic conditions, events, public holidays occasionally prevent us from achieving deliveries on time. We cannot accept liability for late delivery arising from conditions beyond our control.

  • All meals should be consumed within 48 hours from the appointed day of delivery.

 

Delivery

  • We deliver up to a 4-mile radius which excludes Manchester City Centre.

  • Delivery Charge: £1.50for up to 1.5miles and £3 over 1.5miles

  • Minimum orders for delivery are £10 for up to 1.5miles and £20 over 1.5miles

  • We aim to deliver your order within 90 minutes, but please consider traffic and weather conditions. During busy periods your order may take longer. We may or may not have time to notify you but please be patient or feel free to call us to check up on your order. Delivery times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Deliveries will be made to the address you have provided. It is your responsibility to ensure the address provided is correct. WAM Sandwich co cannot be held accountable or responsible for incorrect information provided.

  • Our delivery drivers will contact you by phone if they are unable to access the delivery address. If there is no communication from the customer after we have attempted to contact you, you may be subject to a redelivery charge of £1.50 or £3 depending on area. 

  •  If upon delivery you find that any products are damaged or are in an unacceptable condition, you must inform us within 24 hours and give us the opportunity to inspect the product, providing a photograph in certain circumstances may be acceptable. If, at our discretion, we find that the Product delivered is not up to standard, we will compensate the cost of the unsatisfactory item to you. We will not be responsible for any product which is damaged or faulty through your failure to store correctly.

  • WAM Sandwich co. are not liable for losses of goods once they have left our production facility. It is your responsibility to ensure food is stored, handled and reheated correctly according to food safety regulations. 

  • If you order a WAMBOX, it will arrive cold. You have the choice as to whether you eat it cold or whether you want to heat it up.

 

Allergens 

  • WAM Sandwich co. cannot guarantee there will not be traces of the 14 key allergens listed by the Food Standards Agency in any of the meals. WAM Sandwich co. cannot ensure all allergen requests can be met. We are not a ‘free from’ facility

  • Please note some of our products contains allergens, Inform us of any allergies/dietary requirements.

  • *Please note fresh produce changes seasonally
